Letter to Mr. Clark


Mr. Clark,

          Good afternoon, my name is Joshua Evangelista, a student of Palmetto High. As a part of the AICE Travel and Tourism class offered on campus, I and my team of six are to create or plan a hospitality event. After much deliberation with Ms. Gonzales we have decided to run the FBLA trip to State Competition, and we would like your permission. Our responsibilities would be to work alongside Ms. Gonzales and Ms. Lott to plan fundraisers in preparation, as well as transportation and entertainment for the trip. As the FBLA Vice-President, I am already committed to this trip, and can make sure everything goes smoothly throughout the process. With your permission, we shall begin preparation immediately for the March 11-13 Conference. Thank you.
