We primarily used Belbin's Team Role Theory to assemble our team. We made sure to focus on creating a balance of skills in creating our team, and made sure we had a group whose behaviors meshed well, and would not result in inter-team squabbles.

a. Joshua Evangelista- Can divide work between members, can recruit and obtain permission for team members. Chosen because he has the ability to assemble team members and gather and compile their work. Formed original group with M. Connor Role: Coordinator
b. Matthew Connor- Can led group work, and has previous computer knowledge and skills useful for webpage and video design. Chosen for his ability to produce quality work, and for his willingness to accept Leadership status. Formed original group with J. Evangelista Role: Leader, Completer-finisher
c. Wyatt Broxson- Artistic skills and lateral thinking inclinations. Chosen to counter-balance an intense, rational team. He brings a laid-back personality and an outside of the box mental capacity that the team would otherwise have lacked. Role: Plant
d. Scott Christensen- Experience with business, and great teamwork values. Chosen for his ability to keep group together and work as part of the team. Role: Team worker, Implementer
e. Kyle Schubring- Has experience with technical work and multiple resource venues. Chosen for his prior experiences which are unlike what the team would have else-wise had. Role: Resource Investigator
f. Dalton Bloch- Experience with customer service, can implement technology work and advancements. Chosen for his past experience and straight-forward thinking style. Role: Specialist
